Jay Tulsani is a Partner in BDO Canada's Toronto office, specializing in indirect tax. With more than 15 years of experience, he advises organizations in manufacturing and distribution, financial services, the public sector, education, healthcare, and the not-for-profit sector on GST/HST, QST, and PST planning and compliance. A former Canada Revenue Agency tax auditor, Jay brings a practical perspective to risk management, tax position optimization, and complex indirect tax issues. He is also a co-author of a textbook on the indirect tax implications of cryptocurrency and blockchain.
