Who we are

Knowledge Hub is an annual conference organized jointly by the Ukrainian Canadian Professional & Business Association (UCPBA), Ukrainian Canadian Social Services Toronto (UCSS‑T), and the Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association (UCBA). This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and event registration.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, organization, and any details submitted through our contact form or email. Registration and ticketing is handled by Eventbrite, which collects attendee information under its own privacy policy.

Our website uses standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages visited) for security and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and partnership requests
• To send event-related updates to registered attendees
• To improve the website and understand which sessions attendees find valuable

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the organizing partners listed above and with service providers (Eventbrite, email, hosting) strictly to run the event.

Your rights
